We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original condition, including packaging. Products that are damaged, used, or missing parts cannot be returned.
  • Exclusions: Certain items are not eligible for return, including personalized products, sale items, and gift cards. Please check the product description before purchasing.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at info@zazupaperbaby.net within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization:
    After we review your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  3. Prepare Your Return:
    Package the item securely in its original packaging, along with any accessories, documentation, or free gifts included with the original order. Please include the RMA number on the package.

  4. Ship the Item:
    Send the item to the return address provided. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or an error occurred in our fulfillment process.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

  • Partial Refunds:
    If the returned item is not in original condition, has been used, or is missing parts, a partial refund may be issued based on the condition of the returned product.

  • Restocking Fees:
    In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply, especially if the item is returned due to reasons other than damage or defects.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@zazupaperbaby.net. We will assist you in returning the item and provide a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damage or defect to expedite the process.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, you can return the item and place a new order. Please follow the standard return process outlined above.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Opened or used products that are not in their original condition
