    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.
  • Expedited Shipping:

    • Delivery time: 2-3 business days
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.
  • Express Shipping:

    • Delivery time: 1 business day (for orders placed before 12:00 PM PST)
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping Fees:
    Shipping costs depend on the delivery location and the size/weight of the products ordered. You will be able to view the shipping charges during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

  • Free Shipping:
    From time to time, we may offer promotions such as free shipping on orders over a specific amount. Please check our website for any ongoing promotions that may apply to your order.


3. Delivery Times

  • Processing Time:
    Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after your payment has been successfully processed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • Delivery Timeframes:
    Once your order has been shipped, the delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected and your delivery location:

    • Express Shipping: 1 business day (for orders placed before 12:00 PM PST)

4. International Shipping

Currently, ZazuPaperBaby only offers domestic shipping within the United States. We do not currently ship to international destinations, but we are exploring options to expand our shipping services in the future.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email notification containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the designated carrier’s website.


6. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Box Addresses:
    We recommend using a physical address for faster and more reliable delivery. However, we do accept orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses. Please be aware that delivery times to P.O. Box addresses may take longer.

  • Undeliverable Packages:
    If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, failure to claim from the carrier, or any other reason), we will attempt to contact you for an updated address. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Goods:
    In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@zazupaperbaby.net. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including providing a replacement or refund if necessary.

  • Lost Packages:
    If you believe your package has been lost during transit, please reach out to us. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


8. Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact us immediately at info@zazupaperbaby.net. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. You will need to wait for the package to be returned to us, and then we can reship it to the correct address (additional shipping fees may apply).

If you notice any discrepancies or issues with your shipping details, such as incorrect charges or missing items, please contact us right away. We will work with you to resolve any shipping errors and ensure your order is complete and correct.
